When a child is absent, please call my office in the morning to inform me.  If you would like homework put together for the day(s) of absence, let me know and I can arrange this with their teachers.  Parents/guardians must also submit an excuse note on the day the child returns to school.  This excuse should state students name, reason for his/her absence, the dates absent, and parent/guardian signature.
