The Owen D. Young Drama Club presents “Willy Wonka Jr.” this weekend, with 7:00 p.m. performances on both Friday, March 31 and Saturday, April 1 in the ODY gymnasium. General admission tickets can be purchased at the door. Adult tickets are $7, student tickets are $5 and children under five will be admitted for free. The show is directed by ODY music teacher, Jessica Pollak-Rios. The 60-minute musical is based on the Book Charlie and the Chocolate Factory By Roald Dahl — the timeless story of the world-famous candy man Willy Wonka and his quest to find an heir by holding a contest where five golden tickets are hidden in candy bars.
