What happens if students/parents do not order merchandise in time?
Unfortunately, this is a hard deadline as we must get final counts to our printer in order for your shirts to be delivered in time. We will have a very limited number of shirts and flashlights available on the concert day.
Can parents still buy tickets after May 7th?
Yes! Ticket sales will be open until the day before your concert. However, after May 7th, we cannot guarantee preferential seating (guaranteed seating with your school community and in direct view of your choir) or delivery to school before the concert. Tickets purchased after May 7th may need to be picked up at the will call window of the box office, but we will do our best to deliver these to you in advance (and will include a list of orders in your final choir packet that will be delivered 1-2 weeks before your concert).
