Congratulations to Isaac Burditt and Vera Korol for their participation in the NYSSMA Zone 4 All-State Music Festival this past weekend at Central Valley Academy.
Isaac and Vera were selected for the Area All-State Mixed Chorus, and were among the 300 student musicians from 32 different schools in Herkimer, Oneida and Oswego counties to participate in the festival, which featured performances by treble choir, mixed choir, string orchestra or symphonic band.
To be selected, students were invited to perform solos for the New York State School Music Association, and those with the highest scores were chosen to join the festival. We applaud Isaac and Vera for being among the best of the best vocalists in the Zone 4 region!
