Wonder Kids award winner holds certificate

We are proud to announce that fifth-grader Madyson Yandell has been selected for a WonderKids award by the WonderWorks in Central NY.

Food service coordinator Tonya Toner nominated Madyson in the "Model Citizen" category, which recognizes students who lead by example, demonstrate responsibility, show kindness, and consistently bring out the best in others.

In her nomination to the WonderWorks student achievement program, Mrs. Toner described Madyson as having "a heart of gold," saying she "makes a point to say hello and ask how I am every single day." She commended Madyson as a positive role model who "looks out for everyone ... and treats them with kindness," which makes her recognition as a Model Citizen so well deserved.

As an award winner, Madyson receives four free tickets to the WonderWorks in Syracuse, a certificate of achievement, and an invitation to an exclusive webinar with a Military Aviation Veteran. Congratulations Madyson! 🎉🏆🌟
