A recent assignment might have bugged some out — but not ODY's fearless fourth-graders who went all in to take a bite out of learning.

After reading an article about “Bug Bites” and learning how insects are commonly eaten in many cultures around the world, students had the chance themselves to try some. Yes … bugs!

It was a fun (and brave!) way to explore how food traditions can be different across cultures. Way to go, fourth graders, for being such adventurous learners!
