"Would you,
Could you,
Read to us?"
Pre-K invited Mrs. Tucker to be a guest reader this past week.

3rd grade has been actively engaged in PARP and Read Across America month. The students have been dedicating time to listening to stories and having discussions in regards to themes, moods, and overall plots. Students are voting on their favorite books and at the end of the month will have a "Book of the Year" winner!

2nd grade launched their Time Unit with reviewing time to the hour and half hour using Bee-Bots. They not only practiced their time, but also practiced coding and tracking the code they used.

The first graders replicated constellations out of spaghetti and marshmallows. Then they became Jr. Astronomers as they finished up their space unit.

6th graders dissected frogs today.

CFES sponsored a trip for our 6th, 7th, and 8th grade students to visit Utica University for a tour, dinner, and a Utica Pioneers Hockey game!

4th grade students are studying erosion. They did an experiment where they determined how the volume of water would affect the rate of erosion.
